Pepe Vieira

Born in Vigo in 1973. In 2002, Pepe Vieira received the Best Galician Chef Award, and in 2004 he joined the team of master chefs at the Galician Higher Centre for Hospitality, where he worked for several years.He is also the founder of Grupo Nove, created to promote Galician gastronomic culture and give visibility to signature cuisine.With experience gained in various cuisines around the world, Pepe Vieira’s cooking is a bold pursuit of authenticity. The Pepe Vieira restaurant holds one Michelin Green Star and two Michelin Stars.
