Juan Francisco Delgado

He is the Executive Vice-President of the INTEC Foundation and Director of the Master's Degree in Innovation and Digital Transformation in the Agri-Food Sector at UNIR. He is the driving force behind the Smartagrifood Summit, Europe's largest innovation event in the agri-food sector. He is a University of Cambridge expert in innovation applied to the agri-food chain and a Stanford University expert in creativity.

He has over 20 years' experience of leading international projects in Spain, Europe, and Latin America. He currently directs various initiatives focused on the digitalisation of the agri-food sector and the adoption of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and biotechnology. He has spoken at global forums on sustainability and the digital economy, and collaborates with public and private institutions to promote innovation in the sector. He is also the author of numerous publications, including the annual agri-food trends report presented at Madrid Fusión.
