We will explore employment opportunities and personal development, as well as ways to contribute to community regeneration through cooking.

Brazilian chef and activist David Hertz will talk to us about how restaurants can become agents of social change. Through his organisation, Gastromotiva, Hertz has demonstrated that gastronomy can be a powerful instrument of social inclusion. Gastromotiva offers culinary training to vulnerable individuals, particularly young people from disadvantaged communities, promoting dignity through food.
